HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We hope you and your new purchase are a perfect match! But if the sparks aren’t flying, no worries—you can return any item for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

Please be aware that all items must be returned to us in brand-new condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Make sure to include your full name and order number to your package.

HOW WILL I GET MY REFUND?
 
We’ve got you covered! Your refund will be sent to the same payment method you used when you made the purchase. It might take a little time to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider—so hang in there, it’s on the way!
We’ll get your return processed within 14 working days. Once everything’s sorted, we’ll send you an email to keep you updated! 
 
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?

Original shipping charges are not refundable! You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
We will not refund delivery costs & parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us & you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes.
You can send the item back in the original condition by using post office counters. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage as we'll require a picture of it. If your return goes missing in transit to us then it will be your own responsibility to solve with the carrier as we will not refund orders we have not received. Please use an appropriate delivery service that covers you for the cost of the items.
