delivery & returns


Please note the following:

[1] Delivery is free of charge with orders over £100.

[2] PO BOX addresses will be delivered by Royal Mail. All the International parcels are delivered via a trackable service or standard service, depending on customer's choice. UK parcels will be sent via First Class (1 working day) or Standard Delivery, depending on customer's choice.

[3] UK orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday). Overseas orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).

[4]  We do not deliver on Public or Bank Holidays. Orders placed over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day following the Bank Holiday. Deliveries to some destinations are expected to take longer than the specified delivery timeframe.

Please note the following:

[1] If you live in UK you're allowed to get a refund within 14 days from receipt of your return. We process international returns, however you can request an exchange, please fill the Contact Form (or email hello@aliceslips.com) and one of our team will reply as soon as possible.

[2] If your return goes missing in transit to us then it will be your own responsibility to solve with the carrier as we will not refund orders we have not received. Please use an appropriate delivery service that covers you for the cost of the items.

[3] We will not refund delivery costs & parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us & you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes.

[4] You can send the item back in the original condition by using post office counters. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage as we'll require a picture of it.
