If you don’t like your item(s) for any reason, you can submit your return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Please submit your request to email@example.com.

 Refunds are issued to store credit.
 It can take up to 7 business days to issue your store credit once your return is received.
 Exchanges can be done using your store credit to place a new order.
 Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
 You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
 Make sure to include your full name and order number to your package.
We will not refund delivery costs & parcels rejected by you or customs will be returned to us & you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties/taxes.
You can send the item back in the original condition by using post office counters. Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage as we'll require a picture of it. If your return goes missing in transit to us then it will be your own responsibility to solve with the carrier as we will not refund orders we have not received. Please use an appropriate delivery service that covers you for the cost of the items.
